Of course you want your articles to be effective, whether we write them for you or you write them yourself. One of the most important ways to ensure that your articles will be effective is to make sure they include keywords that are effective in your chosen market.

FreeLanceSubmit.com will research keywords, based on the market you are interested in, and give you a report of the keywords we find and the estimate of their effectiveness.

If We Write the Article For You

If you are contracting us to write one or more articles for you, we will also conduct appropriate keyword research.

Use it to create your own articles when you are ready, or just use it the next time you want to request our "Article 'Ghost Writing'" service.

If You Write the Article(s) Yourself

If you requested our "Article Topic Research" but not our "Article 'Ghost Writing'" service, you will receive only the list of topics we produced. But it will be a great list! You can use it immediately to begin writing your own articles, or you can change your mind and request that we write one or more of the articles on the list. (But save the list, because we will not necessarily keep a copy. It's your list, not ours.)

Use the Article(s) For Article Marketing

The first, most obvious use of the articles we create for you is to submit them to Article Directories and Ezines. We'll do that for you if you requested our "Article Publishing" services, and we'll give you a list of the Ezines to which we submitted your articles.

And if you want to, you can submit the articles to other Ezines. You can do this any time you want, even years after the article was created, but you must be careful of two things:

• Don't submit an article under a different author name than the one under which it was initially submitted. That's asking for trouble, because it looks like plagiarism.
• Don't submit an article to an Ezine to which it has already been submitted. Most Ezine publishers don't like that one bit, and who can blame them? It looks pretty much the same as "spam" from their perspective. It's wasting their time by making them evaluate something that they've already evaluated. (If the article was submitted to one Ezine, then republished on a second Ezine by sharing it from the first Ezine, the second Ezine will not be greatly perturbed if you submit it directly to them. They just won't publish it twice. And you should check their contents to see if the article is already there, anyway.)

Use the Article(s) as Content

It may be less obvious, but you can use the articles we create for you as new pages on your own Web site! Even if the article was originally created by summarizing and "marketizing" a page that already existed on your Web site, the article constitutes new content. Go ahead and publish your own article on your own Web site, and consider it a "synopsis" of the original page.

For examples, see our page of articles about article marketing. These are articles that we published on various Ezines, and we repackaged them as informational content for our own Web site.

Here's a word of advice about "repackaging" these articles. You should probably not include the contents of the "resource box" when you put the article on your own Web site. Typically, the "hook" in the "resource box" is to invite the reader to click on a link that brings them to your Web site, but in this case, they're already there! Don't confuse things.

Also, you should probably not consider articles that were produced for Article Marketing purposes to be the primary content of your Web site. These articles have a different focus – on enticement and requesting action – than you probably want on your Web site. That is, they are marketing materials and not the same extensive content that you want your Web site to be made of. They are good content, but usually not quite "rich" enough to be the only content on your Web site.

Learn From the Article(s)

The final thing you should do with the articles we create for you is to study them and figure out how to write your own high-quality, effective articles. FreeLanceSubmit.com does not expect to be your sole source for Article Marketing forever. We're mainly here to get you started. If in the process of creating articles for you, we end up teaching you how to be self-sufficient, that's fine with us.

With our "Article Publishing" service, you get your articles out there generating traffic to your Web site. Your articles will be published on up to four Article Directories, and they are nearly all Article Directories that require screening and approval before they will publish submitted articles.

Notice that we only publish articles that we wrote for you. If you have your own article that you would like us to publish for you, we will have to take that on as an Article "Ghost Writing" project. The reason is that we may need to make changes to the article in order to get it accepted by the Article Directories, so we need to have "control" of the content and formatting of the article. Also, we want to be free to change it in order to apply our marketing expertise and to optimize it for the keywords we have identified in our Keyword Research. We may offer you a "discount" if you provide the article, but the project must still include our Article "Ghost Writing" services.

As soon as we have finished producing each article, we will e-mail it to you for your approval. You must tell us, as soon as possible, whether the article we've produced has the right angle and the right tone for your Web business.

Once we get your approval, we will send each article to up to four Article Directories. We will submit your articles to two general Article Directories and to two Article Directories focused on your particular market, if they exist.

We will submit the articles, then monitor the process of acceptance until they have been published. If the articles are rejected, we will make the necessary modifications until they are published. That's part of our service, and we will not consider the project complete until all articles have been accepted by all Article Directories to which we submitted them.

We only submit articles for publication on the Article Directories and Ezines that are "hardest" to get articles published on. This provides two advantages over the less discriminating Ezines:

• It practically eliminates the chance that your article will be withdrawn from publication later. If your article was published on a more open Ezine, there is a chance – a small one, but a chance – that it will be taken down if the Ezine publisher receives complaints that it is inappropriate in any way. The Ezines that filter up front are less likely to do this, because their in-house screeners have already approved it.
• The "PageRank" of the more discriminating Ezines is generally higher than that of the more open Ezines, so your article's links will carry somewhat more weight with the search engines.
