FreeLanceSubmit.com Article "Ghost Writing" Service

There are subtle variations of how our Article "Ghost Writing" service works, depending on whether it is being done in conjunction with Article Topic Research and/or with Article Publishing service.

  • With Article Topic Research, the time when we begin writing each article depends on how long it takes the customer to respond to the results of the Article Topic Research.
  • With Article Publishing, we do not deliver the articles to the customer in their final form until after they have been accepted by the target Ezines.

So, here is a description of our Article "Ghost Writing" service, in five subsections:

What You Give Us

You must give us the following:

  • Description of your target market
  • Address (URL) of your Web site or blog
  • Access to your Web site or blog if it is restricted
  • Topic or Working Title
  • Author name
  • Address (URL) of the "target" page on your Web site
  • Address (URL) of a "contact" page on your Web site

Target Market

On the Request Form, write a sentence or two to tell us what market and what segment(s) of the market you are trying to reach. What products or services do you sell on your Web site, and to whom?

Just a few words will do, and it doesn't have to be great literature. You're not selling to us! Just tell us what you do on your Web site or blog.

Web Site Address

On the Request Form, enter the Web site address (URL) of your site or blog. We want to be able to look at your Web site in order to enhance our understanding of the market you are targeting.

We may also find one or more pages of your Web site that are suitable for rewriting as Articles. If you have good, original content on your Web site, this will be our best source of ideas for your articles.

Access To Your Web Site

This does not apply to Web sites or blogs that are open to the public. It does not apply to most Web sites or blogs.

However, if a visitor must enter a username and password of any kind in order to access your Web site or blog, we must have an account. If there is any kind of fee to create an account on your Web site, you must provide us with an account free of charge.

It is not necessary to provide this at the time you request our services, but you will be asked to provide it as soon as we accept your project.

Topic or Working Title

If your Article "Ghost Writing" service is being done in conjunction with Article Topic Research, you do not need to provide us with a topic or working title. We will provide it to you! However, you must remember that as soon as we begin sending you the topics as part of your Article Topic Research service, you must respond as quickly as you can to tell us which one(s) you want us to develop into your article(s)

If you are not requesting Article Topic Research, on the Request Form, enter a topic or working title, and as much of a description as you can to tell us what you think you want your article(s) to be about. We may request clarification and expansion of this description when we accept your project, and if we do, please respond as quickly as you can in order to keep your project moving.

If you have a specific page on your Web site that you would like us to rewrite as an article, place the URL of that page into the description box on our Request Form.

If you have other content in electronic form for which you own the rights to publish, and you would like us to rewrite as an article, indicate "I have other source material" in the description box on our Request Form. It will not be necessary to send us this material at the time you request our services, but you will be asked to send it as soon as we accept your project.

Author Name

On the Request Form, enter the exact name under which you want this article to be published. Of course, this is especially important if we are publishing the article as well as writing it, but we need this information even if we are not publishing the article for you.

The author name will appear in the "resource box" of the finished article, and we will render it as an active link to your "Contact" page.

The author name must be the name of a person, not a company, Web site, or "doing-business-as" name. The Ezines are generally very adamant about this. A company can not author an article, only a person can.

NOTA BENE! If you ever plan to republish this article by submitting it to other Article Directories, Ezines or blogs, it is absolutely crucial that it must have the same author name each time it is submitted to any Ezine or blog anywhere on the Internet. Article Directories, Ezines and blogs do not mind publishing articles that have been published elsewhere before, as long as the person submitting it has the intellectual property rights to publish it, but they do mind if it appears that more than one person is claiming authorship. That looks like plagiarism, and they have no good way to determine who is plagiarizing whom. You might end up getting both "authors" banned from publishing articles on one or several different Ezines and blogs. So use the exact same name every time! There is no guarantee that the Ezine publishers will recognize that "Billy Johnson" and "William H. Johnson III" are the same person. Once a given article is published under one author name, that must remain its author name forever. Consider this very carefully when telling us the author name to use.

"Target" Page

On the Request Form, enter the Web address (URL) of the page that you want the article to invite the readers to visit. The "target" page will appear in the "resource box" of the finished article, and we will render it as an active link.

"Contact" Page

On the Request Form, enter the Web address (URL) of the page that visitors to your Web site can use to leave you a message. If you have a blog instead of an actual Web site, this can be the main URL of the blog. The "contact" page will appear in the "resource box" of the finished article, and we will render it as an active link. We will also render the author name as an active link to the "contact" page.

What We Do

Using the results of our Keyword Research service (and Article "Ghost Writing" always requires Keyword Research), we write as many articles as you have requested.

We may create these articles by repackaging information that you already have on your Web site or that you e-mail to us. If so, the articles will be written in such a way as to incorporate as many high-quality keywords as appropriate, and to include all appropriate "salesy" language to turn your existing content into an effective marketing article. Note that this entails considerable work and creativity, so please don’t think we’re cheating you by "writing an article that you already wrote." We will reduce the price somewhat for each article that can be created in this way.

If we are writing and submitting your articles, we will also "massage" the articles as necessary if they are rejected by the Ezines. This hardly ever happens, but if it does, we will do the necessary rework. That is why the articles we send to you for approval before publishing are not considered to be in their final form.

What We Deliver

When we finish each article you have requested, we will send it to you as a text file attached to an e-mail. This text file will have labels to identify the five main parts of the article: Title, Keywords, Summary, Body, and Resource Box.

The text of the file will contain some, but very little, HTML code to render links active, to format bulleted or numbered lists, and to render certain words in italics or bold or such. The five sections of this text file will be suitable for copying and pasting into the "submit an article" forms of virtually all Article Directories and Ezines.

You will receive at least one such text file for each article you have requested.

If we are also publishing this article as part of this project, you will receive another such text file, which may be subtly different, after the article has been published. This contains the article in its final form, with any adjustments we found necessary in order to get the article accepted for publication.

Pricing

Article "Ghost Writing" services are priced on a scale depending on the number of articles requested.

# Articles Initial Price Per Article "Post-Satisfaction" Per Article
1-3 $30.00 $10.00
4-6 $28.00 $8.00
7-10 $25.00 $7.00

Article "Ghost Writing" services will be reduced in price if we are able to produce suitable articles by repackaging information that you already have on your Web site or in other electronic form. This reduction will be indicated on the invoice after we have accepted the project. Each article that we write from content that the customer already has will be written for $12.00 less than the usual "initial price" listed above, but the suggested "Post-satisfaction" payment remains the same.

Rough Time Estimate

Articles will be delivered over a period of time as they are completed. Completion schedule will depend on what other services are being delivered in conjunction with the Article "Ghost Writing" services.

  • If the project also includes Article Topic Research, the first article will be written within four business days after receipt of your instruction as to which Topic to use. Additional articles, if any, will be written at a rate of at least one per business day, as long as we have at least one designated Topic on which to work. Note that the article being written does not necessarily mean it is delivered to the customer in its final form at that point.
  • If the project does not include Article Publishing services, each article in the project will be delivered to the customer as soon as it is written.
  • If the project also includes Article Publishing services, each article in the project will be sent to the customer for approval, but this is not considered final delivery. After the customer indicates approval, or after we have made any requested revisions, the article will be submitted to the Article Directories (up to four). Each article will be delivered to the customer in its final form as soon as the last of these Article Directories accepts the article. If one or more of the Article Directories rejects the article, we will rework it as necessary until it is accepted, and this will require additional time. Also, the time required for the Article Directories to evaluate and accept or reject an article is beyond our control, but typically takes three to five business days.

In any case, delivery of the last article to the customer in its final form will comprise the entire project, and the project is complete.
